Floor plans help  show the layout  of a house, the relationship between rooms and how a house flows. It is a useful tool to use as a reminder for potential buyers, particularly after having viewed numerous houses in a day.  

This is a standard tool used in Australia and the U.K. and is becoming more common here in New Zealand.
